Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds may be handled for QyroMax services, depending on scope and delivery status.
1) Definitions
Service: scoped delivery such as website layout, content pack, and refinement rounds.
Digital materials: drafts, templates, outlines, and written content delivered electronically.
Start: the earlier of (a) the delivery kickoff or (b) when materials/drafts are delivered.
2) General principles
Refund handling depends on (a) the agreed scope, (b) work already delivered, and (c) allocated time and capacity.
If a separate written engagement confirmation exists, it may add details specific to that delivery.
3) Before service start
If you cancel before service start, a refund may be considered depending on preparation already completed and any non-recoverable processing costs (if applicable).
To evaluate, we may request reference details (name, email used, and scope name).
4) After service start
Once work begins, drafts and time allocation may reduce refund eligibility. In some cases, partial refunds may be considered for clearly undelivered portions.
- Drafts delivered: may reduce refundable scope.
- Review rounds used: may reduce refundable scope.
- Delivery milestones: requests are assessed against what has been delivered.
Each request is evaluated using documented scope and delivery status.
5) Digital materials
Digital materials may be non-returnable once delivered. If a refund is considered, it will account for delivered materials and allocated work.
If materials have been substantially used or incorporated, refunds may be limited.
6) Exceptions
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Completed or substantially delivered scopes.
- Work that cannot be reversed (delivered drafts, templates, and written content).
- Delays or issues caused by missing inputs, changed requirements, or constraints outside the agreed scope.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
7) How to request a cancellation or refund
Email hello@qyromax.link and include:
- Your name and the email address used for communication.
- Scope/package name and (if known) start date.
- Reason for the request (brief).
We may request minimal verification details to protect both parties.
8) Handling timeline
We review requests within a reasonable period after receiving necessary information. If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the original method used.
